Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Medical Project Manager to oversee projects of varying size and complexity, independently managing smaller accounts and supporting larger ones. You will coordinate with support agencies, drive timelines, and build strong client relationships while mentoring junior staff and ensuring project profitability.

The role requires at least 3+ years in medical communications project management, with a preference for experience on global medical affairs accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in a Medical Communications agency.
• Experience on a global medical affairs account is preferred.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller accounts independently and assist with larger accounts.
• Coordinate with support agencies and drive project timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior team members and support workload prioritisation.
• Lead status calls and ensure timely responses and updates.
• Demonstrate strong financial reconciliation and budgeting support.
