Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support healthcare advertising initiatives. This remote US role partners with PMs and departments to keep projects on track, manage meetings, and drive workflow and communication across teams.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in project management, strong MS Office skills, and a desire to grow into leadership on client accounts. Travel may be required, and a discretionary annual bonus is available.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years’ work experience in project management or in a coordinator capacity.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
• Attend internal meetings, take notes, provide recaps and next steps.
• Understand workflow processes and lead online routing with QA at each step.
• Maintain constant communication with clients and team across channels.
• Build skills to become a project lead on accounts and review SOWs.
