Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Project Manager to partner with Project Managers and agency departments to manage projects. The role involves planning, meeting management, workflow oversight, and proactive communication to ensure on-time delivery.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office, and 0–2 years in project management or coordination. Travel may be domestic and international; this is a remote-friendly position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to travel domestically and/or internationally.
• 0 to 2 years’ work experience in project management or in a coordinator capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic project planning and execution of work.
• Attend and schedule internal meetings, including kickoff, internal review, regroup, and status.
• Understand and advocate for the workflow process and each team member’s role within the workflow.
• Provide constant communication to meet client expectations and deliverables.
• Build skillset to be the project lead on a set of accounts.
