Job summary

Level is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee end-to-end workflow for digital projects (web, email, banners, direct mail). You’ll coordinate with creative and development teams, manage schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in agency PM, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, and JIRA. This role is Pacific Time focused with a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in an agency environment with multiple project types (web, email, banners, direct mail).
• Ability to work cross-disciplinary across all functional departments.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, especially coordinating workflow steps and internal processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheet and JIRA or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Owns small to mid-sized projects independently or supports a Senior PM/Director.
• Manage scheduling, tracking, change management, and budget input.
• Set clear task expectations and ensure documentation is available.
• Identify risks and escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans with responsiveness to production feedback.
