Job summary

WESSCO International, a leading provider of onboard and in-room service products, seeks an Associate Project Manager for its North American team. This fully remote U.S.-based role prefers candidates near the New York City area and involves coordinating across internal teams and external partners to move customer programs from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in project management, product development, operations, sourcing, supply chain, hospitality, consumer products, or related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Proactive ownership mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects from concept through launch and ongoing program support.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review RFP/tender documents and align with Sales on priorities and proposals.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and ensure action items stay on schedule.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive solutions.
• Provide updates to key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
