You will guide technical direction, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain strict adherence to codes while facilitating collaboration with architects, designers, and engineers.

The role supports remote work from anywhere in the US, with emphasis on leadership, quality, and efficient project execution in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• PE licensure preferred but not required.
• Experience leading mechanical design teams and knowledge of relevant codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical excellence within the Mechanical team.
• Direct and oversee engineering associates while ensuring project success and high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations and promote collaboration with architects, designers and other engineers.
• Collaborate with other disciplines within an integrated project team to deliver mechanical solutions.
