Working with some of the world's most recognized travel brands, WESSCO brings together design, sourcing, product development, logistics, and account management to deliver innovative products and customer programs around the globe.
We're looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our North American team and help bring those programs from concept through launch.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing a lot of moving pieces, and energized by an environment where no two days look exactly the same.
As an Associate Project Manager, you'll work closely with Account Management and cross-functional teams to keep customer projects moving forward.
You'll coordinate timelines, deliverables, samples, approvals, sourcing, compliance, logistics, and launch activities across multiple customer programs. You'll also serve as a central point of coordination between internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and customers.
This isn't a role where you'll simply update a project tracker and wait for direction. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, follows up, asks questions, anticipates problems, and makes sure details don't fall through the cracks.
Formal project management training or certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent are a plus, but not required.
This is a fully remote U.S.-based position, with a strong preference for candidates located in the New York City metropolitan area.
Being based near New York provides opportunities for in-person onboarding, collaboration, and customer interaction. Exceptional candidates outside the New York area may also be considered.
WESSCO offers a flexible, high-autonomy environment. Team members are trusted to manage their responsibilities and schedules while meeting customer commitments and project deadlines. Workload can fluctuate based on customer needs and project cycles, so adaptability and strong self-management are important.
WESSCO offers the opportunity to work in a unique global industry where the projects you manage become real products experienced by travelers around the world.
As part of a close-knit and collaborative team, you'll have significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to work with major global brands, customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing organization.
If you're someone who loves keeping complex projects organized, naturally follows up, takes ownership, and enjoys bringing people and details together to make things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
