Job summary

You will support planning, coordination, and execution of projects with the Substation Shop team, tracking progress, maintaining docs, and communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-education experience in a project management support role within A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering field.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic PM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with environmental/construction laws, codes, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently under supervision while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily project activities with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to keep tasks on schedule.
• Monitors project progress by tracking KPIs and reporting risks or delays to senior staff.
• Prepares and maintains project docs including progress reports and meeting minutes.
• Assists in tracking expenses and budgets to ensure alignment with approved funds.
• Escalates complex issues to senior staff and proposes solutions.
• Supports in preparing presentations and status updates for meetings and clients.
