The role partners with service leaders, consultants, and client leadership to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while navigating evolving scope and data quality.

The position supports remote candidates within the Central or Eastern time zones, with approximately 15% travel to the Midwest and East Coast regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience at a professional services firm or 10+ years of industry project management experience with 1+ year at a professional services firm.
• Proven experience leading multi‑workstream programs.
• Demonstrated ownership of engagement economics, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• About 15% travel to client locations in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects and portfolios with multiple workstreams, actively managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and interdependencies
• Own budget‑to‑actual performance, including forecasting, reconciliation, burn analysis, ETC, utilization, and margin impact
• Translate delivery risk into financial, operational, and audit‑relevant language; facilitate and lead executive steering committees and governance forums
• Define, implement, and enforce stage gates, delivery standards, and governance models across engagements
• Develop dashboards and narratives from evolving data; present program status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
