Job summary

WD Partners is hiring a Project Manager for a fully remote role within the United States. You will lead projects from initiation to construction, coordinating design, engineering and construction teams while serving as the primary client contact.

You will be accountable for delivering scope, schedule and budget, guiding a cross-functional team, and reporting progress to WD leadership. This role supports national and global brands and fosters collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering or related field.
• Advanced project management experience across design, architectural and engineering practices with progressive levels of responsibility.
• Proven management and leadership experience, excited about managing and supporting the development of others in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients and project timelines.
• Previous experience supporting retail, restaurant, grocery, and/or healthcare projects is ideal.
• Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) is helpful.
• LEED AP or PMP Certification is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead projects for a cross-functional team from initiation through the construction phase.
• Serve as main point of contact with WD's clients, leading project communications, updates and reports.
• Manage project deliverables through closeout and ensure delivery meets scope, schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with account leadership and cross-disciplinary teams to support client success and internal partnership.
