Eaton's ES AMER ARS division seeks a remote Associate Product Manager for Connected Home Solutions in the United States. You will support the Connected Home portfolio through lifecycle management and serve as a primary contact for customers and sales teams.

This role collaborates with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to translate market needs into priorities and drive product launches while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in product management, product marketing, sales, application engineering, engineering, or customer success.
• Minimum 2 years with battery storage, connected-home, energy-management, residential electrical, or DER products.

Responsibilities

• Support product growth and execution across sales, engineering, marketing, operations, and channel partners.
• Translate high level requirements into engineering requirements and align product and engineering teams.
• Develop product updates, value propositions, FAQs, presentations, and training content for sales teams and partners.
• Support product launches from concept to commercialization with cross-functional coordination.
• Translate market feedback into actionable requirements and priorities for engineering and product lines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform portfolio strategy.
