Eaton Corporation's ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Field Project Manager Hyperscale for a remote role across the United States, with preference for candidates within 50 miles of an Eaton facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years electrical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation is not available; must reside within the United States.
• Eaton will not sponsor work authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, engineered-to-order datacenter projects.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Review drawings and manage changes to bills of material.
• Drive project profitability and coordinate resources across time zones.
• Develop and deliver complete project documentation and technical deliverables.
• Act as customer advocate, escalate risks, and maintain relationships.
• Mentor and train less experienced project managers.
