Job summary

Symetra is seeking an Associate New Business Case Manager to receive and process insurance applications and determine they meet compliance before generating contracts. You’ll perform data entry, review for completeness, and become proficient in the products offered by the department.

You will serve as the primary contact for agents, internal teams, and clients throughout the application-to-contract cycle, maintain timely updates, and help resolve issues to move business efficiently to contract

• Assist peers with processing questions and perform general administrative tasks.
