Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process completed applications and ensure state criteria are met, issuing policies timely.
• Communicate with New Business team, management, and agents to resolve data issues.
• Understand billing structures for multiple Credit Unions and draft correctly.
• Generate and review periodic processing reports and address outstanding issues.
• Process contract changes and reclassifications after multi-step review.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
