Responsibilities

• Communicate application status to all interested parties.
• Provide thorough knowledge of systems and serve as a resource to others.
• Apply knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and rules.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requests and obtain required documents.
• Facilitate ordering and retrieval of underwriting requirements.
• Facilitate suitability approvals and agent signature processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed, compliant, and accurate electronic files and ensure policy issuance readiness.
• Follow up and provide timely status reports.
• Set up policies for issue, assemble policy docs, and secure delivery.
• Imaging/Faxing, copying, and filing as needed.
• Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the department.
