Responsibilities

• Communicate application status to all interested parties.
• Provide thorough knowledge of systems and serve as a resource to others.
• Apply knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations and rules.
• Communicate with individual clients to clarify requests and obtain additional documentation.
• Facilitate ordering and retrieval of underwriting requirements.
• Facilitate suitability approvals and agent signatures to maintain regulatory processes.
• Maintain detailed, compliant files and ensure the electronic file is complete after a policy is issued.
• Follow up and provide timely status reports.
• Set policy up for issue, policy assembly and final delivery documents.
• Imaging/Faxing, Copying and Filing.
• Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set forth by the department.
