Sapiens is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to support the implementation and enhancement of insurance software for North American clients. You will help gather requirements, document functional specs, and assist in QA to ensure delivered products meet design goals.

The role emphasizes learning in a cloud-enabled, SaaS-driven environment with opportunities to work on life and annuity solutions. Strong communication and independent work skills are essential as you collaborate with clients

Qualifications

• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and presentation skills.
• Experience with Life Insurance Systems or Insurance Carrier domain is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply insurance domain knowledge and internal processes.
• Capture client requirements and translate into functional specifications.
• Assist in creating test plans, test cases and Acceptance Criteria.
• Support testing efforts including UAT and QA activities.
• Participate in design reviews and communicate risks or issues to the team.
