Job summary

Somfy North America is seeking a Marketing Automation Expert to design, deploy and optimize CRM campaigns and customer journeys. You will report to the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager within Global Marketing Activation and partner with the Audience Marketing Cloud Specialist to scale data-driven activation across markets.

The role requires hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, journey orchestration, and the ability to translate priorities into actionable activation content

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in CRM activation, marketing automation or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent platform.
• Ability to build, test and deploy automated customer journeys and campaigns.
• Translate CRM priorities into activation assets with external partners.
• Experience in international or multi-market organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy CRM campaigns and marketing automation programs across channels.
• Define operational journey logic, triggers and personalization rules.
• Develop content and activation assets for CRM campaigns and journeys.
• Support business areas and local teams with deployment and best practices.
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities based on data.
• Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to testing and learning initiatives to improve CRM maturity.
