Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager, Digital Communications to lead our LinkedIn strategy and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing Communications and Product Brand teams. You will champion digital innovation, oversee content approval, and guide experience design across digital channels.

You will develop analytics processes, report ROI, and collaborate with IT and Marketing Ops to align initiatives with business priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required for candidate.
6+ years of professional work experience.
2+ years of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics experience.
2+ years of CMS and digital platform experience.
2+ years running paid media in LinkedIn Ads Manager and Google Ads.
2+ years scheduling, tagging and reporting on content via Hootsuite or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the division’s LinkedIn social media strategy.
Collaborate with Marketing Communications and Product Brand teams across channels.
Provide strategic counsel on digital channels and campaigns.
Advise on digital transformation initiatives and platform adoption.
Own divisional presence on Stryker.com and create new assets.
Maintain and optimize the digital fulfillment system and site content.
Share learnings with other Stryker units and teams.
Develop analytics processes and reporting to track performance.
Report on digital marketing ROI using analytics initiatives.
Support CRM, e-commerce, and IS Governance-related digital efforts.
