Job summary

Spring Health is seeking an Associate Director, Business Operations & Strategy for its Specialty Care team. This fully remote role partners with Clinical, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to drive growth and operational excellence.

You'll own P&L, build capacity models, and embed AI into workflows to accelerate scaling while ensuring high-quality care for high-acuity members. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, Specialty Care, this role offers a competitive base salary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or corporate consulting.
• 3+ years in scaling or high-growth startup environments.
• Mastery of P&L management and gross margin drivers, with focus on unit economics.
• Experience partnering with clinical operations to build and scale care execution roadmaps.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations.
• Practical experience integrating AI into business workflows to improve speed and quality.
• Experience building workforce planning, staffing, or capacity models.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to navigate raw data to inform tradeoffs.
• Proven people management and the ability to coach teams and set expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own Specialty Care P&L mechanics and margin drivers.
• Partner with department leadership translating economics into actionable strategies.
• Lead cross-functional roadmaps with Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations.
• Directly manage clinical operations functions and align with clinical leadership.
• Embed AI into workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop capacity planning models to support growth.
