Job summary

Spring Health is seeking an Associate Director for Specialty Care Strategy & Operations. This remote role partners with Clinical, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to drive growth and ensure scalable care delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will own P&L mechanics, margin drivers, and workforce planning while embedding AI into operational workflows for improved efficiency. The role requires 8+ years in operations/strategy, strong executive communication, and proven experience

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, strategy, or corporate consulting, including 3+ years in scaling or high-growth startup environments.
• Mastery of P&L management, gross margin drivers, and unit economics, with proven translation of financial mechanics into operational execution.
• Experience partnering with clinical operations functions to build and scale care execution roadmaps.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations to set priorities and drive accountability.
• Practical experience integrating AI and modern analytical tools into business workflows to improve speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Master Specialty Care's P&L mechanics and financial drivers to identify levers for growth and margin expansion.
• Serve as the primary financial and operational partner for leadership, translating unit economics into actionable strategies.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to set strategic roadmaps and drive end-to-end execution.
• Directly manage clinical operations functions alongside core strategy and ops.
• Build AI into operational workflows to improve efficiencies and quality standards.
• Develop long-term capacity and workforce planning models to anticipate program growth.
• Define and track key operational metrics across Specialty Care for alignment and accountability.
• Partner with clinical leaders to establish quality program frameworks and cadences.
• Coach and develop operations team members to clarify priorities and support growth.
