Job summary

Humana seeks a seasoned Associate Director, Product Management to lead the Product Management function for Associate Technology Experience (ATX). You will guide PMs in discovery, prioritization, roadmaps, data-driven decisions, and performance measurement, working with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in Product Management including discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and outcomes.
• 3+ years of people leadership, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
• Experience leading PMs for enterprise tech products, services, or platforms with third‑party tech/vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management function for Associate Technology Experience (ATX) across cross-functional partners.
• Develop, coach, and grow a high-performing PM team through hiring, performance mgmt, and career development.
• Improve discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, and decision-making to drive value for associates and the business.
• Define and evolve product practices, governance, and operating mechanisms for transparency and alignment.
• Integrate customer research, analytics, and market trends into product decisions and investments.
