The Associate Director, Pharmacy Hub Operations will oversee launch and service delivery for pharmacy hub operations, shaping the operating model and aligning cross-functional workflows to ensure readiness across launch activities.

She/He will collaborate with implementation and operational partners to translate requirements into scalable, efficient processes and manage enrollment and access issues for patients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related clinical field.
• Active pharmacist or RN license in good standing.
• 5+ years of leadership in complex healthcare operations.

Responsabilités

• Build the launch operating model for access and clinical operations.
• Establish integrated workflows across operational roles.
• Partner with implementation teams for workflow validation and training readiness.
• Translate manufacturer requirements into executable practices.
• Lead intake, enrollment, and access-related case resolution.
