Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related clinical field required.
• Active pharmacist or registered nurse license in good standing.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in complex healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch across Access Operations and initial Clinical Operations.
• Oversee intake, enrollment, verification, prior authorization, appeals, patient assistance, and access outcomes.
• Ensure licensure, credentialing, supervision, and scope-of-practice controls for pharmacist, nurse, and technician activities.
• Develop staffing, staffing readiness, onboarding, and contingency plans for the hub.
• Represent the integrated Pharmacy Hub Operations model in governance and client discussions.
