Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Associate Director of Patient Support Program Strategy to lead the vision and governance of a patient support program for an individualized therapy. You will design enrollment workflows, affordability solutions, and hub services while coordinating with reimbursement, privacy, and legal teams to ensure compliant execution.

The role requires translating patient priorities into scalable program requirements, partnering with vendors, and driving performance through analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required for consideration.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for leadership and strategy.
• Experience designing and implementing patient support programs, hub services, and affordability solutions.
• Strong understanding of patient access, reimbursement, and payer dynamics.
• Experience with enrollment, consent, PHI, and data governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve PSP strategy, service model, and capabilities including benefits investigation and case management.
• Design enrollment and multi-consent processes to support patient participation and data collection.
• Define hub governance, brand-specific rules, workflows, and escalation pathways.
• Develop affordability strategy, copay program structure, and financial assistance solutions.
• Translate strategy into operational execution with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor selection and performance, establish service expectations and governance.
• Establish performance measures and reporting to optimize patient outcomes over time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant implementation and launch readiness.
