Qualifications

• Must possess experience with specialty medications (rare disease, neuropsychiatric, Medicare Part D preferred).
• Proven project management experience.
• Agency/vendor management experience (briefing/execution/budgetary oversight) preferred.
• Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Support Services strategies and initiatives with a focus on Neuroscience.
• Collaborate with internal partners on market research and PSS projects to optimize programs for HCPs and patients.
• Develop and manage access-related marketing plans, messaging, and hub resources.
• Monitor KPIs and measure impact of access services across the portfolio.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service and budget oversight.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
