The role involves developing clinical rules, implementing CMS-aligned programs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver new and enhanced clinical offerings.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree with active license.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Experience with MTM preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
