Job summary

NewAmsterdam Pharma seeks an Executive Director of Patient Support Services to lead strategy, design, and ongoing management of U.S. patient support.

You will build launch-ready capabilities to enable therapy access, reimbursement support, affordability programs, adherence services, and excellent patient experience for patients, caregivers, and providers. The role collaborates with Market Access, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain, and reports to the Executive Vice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience designing and leading patient support programs in pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting pre-launch planning and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strateg y for U.S. Patient Support Services: vision, operating model, roadmap.
• Design, build and operationalize programs for patient access, reimbursement support and affordability.
• Lead launch readiness planning to establish capabilities, platforms, vendors, and governance prior to commercialization.
• Oversee relationships with hubs, pharmacies, copay administrators, and field partners; vendor management.
• Define KPIs, monitor analytics on onboarding, reimbursement outcomes, affordability and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and company policies; partner with cross-functional teams.
