Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, with experience spanning patient services, patient access, reimbursement support, affordability programs, or hub strategy.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing patient support programs, hub services, affordability solutions, or patient access capabilities.
• Understanding of payer dynamics, buy-and-bill reimbursement, medical benefit coverage, and enrollment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the PSP strategy, service model, and capabilities including benefits investigation and case management.
• Design enrollment and multi-consent processes supporting data collection, patient engagement, and treatment initiation.
• Define hub governance, workflows, and escalation pathways for therapy-specific needs.
• Develop affordability strategies, copay program structures, and financial assistance solutions.
• Partner with operations and vendors to translate strategy into execution and align with business objectives.
• Manage vendor selection and oversee performance with governance and continuous improvement plans.
• Establish performance measures and reporting to optimize program effectiveness and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant implementation and launch readiness.
