Job summary

Merck in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Patient Support Program strategy for an individualized neoantigen therapy. The role ensures enrollment, consent, affordability, and case management capabilities align with payer dynamics and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive program governance, vendor performance, and patient experience improvements across a complex treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in pharma/biotech with patient services, access, or hub strategy background.
• Experience designing and optimizing patient support programs and hub services.
• Understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement, and data/privacy considerations.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational requirements and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve PSP strategy, service model, and hub capabilities.
• Design enrollment, consent, and data strategies for patient programs.
• Oversee affordability and copay program structures and governance.
• Partner with vendors to translate strategy into operational execution.
• Establish performance measures and reporting for program optimization.
