Job summary

Ground News is seeking a senior Google Ads growth lead to build and own the paid search ecosystem across Google Search, YouTube, and related surfaces. You will own budget allocation, bidding strategy, measurement, and cross‑functional collaboration with product, engineering, and analytics to scale subscriber growth.

You’ll manage a zero-to-scale paid media program, optimize CAC and payback, and expand into adjacent channels with rigorous attribution and testing discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Google Ads at scale, ideally in subscription, DTC, or app.

Responsibilities

• Build Google from scratch: account structure, campaign architecture, naming conventions, and testing frameworks designed to scale.
