Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Media Supervisor to own performance, strategy, and growth of major multi-channel campaigns in a remote-first environment. You will partner with the Associate Media Director to set direction while fully owning execution, testing, and reporting across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and more.

You will lead a small team of Media Managers, mentor staff, and present insights to clients. 6–10+ years of experience and strong analytics are required.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of paid media experience.
• Experience managing monthly budgets ranging from $100K–$1MM+ across multiple accounts.
• Proven skills in paid media strategy, planning, testing frameworks, and performance measurement across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
• Drive performance against pacing, KPIs, and efficiency goals.
• Lead paid media strategy, road-mapping, testing frameworks, and campaign ideation.
• Mentor a team of 1–2+ Media Managers and collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Director.
• Lead client communication, reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee ongoing account maintenance: optimizations, structure updates, bidding strategies, and tracking.
