Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Associate Director, Field Sales for Indirect Tax Solutions. The role is remote with limited travel and focuses on enterprise and large corporate customers in North America, selling tax compliance, e-invoicing, and tax automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performance team, manage direct and channel sales, and engage with ERP ecosystem partners to accelerate growth and expand market share within the indirect tax space.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or technology sales leadership experience managing quota-carrying sales teams.
• Experience selling complex SaaS, tax technology, or ERP-adjacent solutions.
• Proven ability to manage large, strategic opportunities with long sales cycles.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of indirect tax technology sales professionals.
• Drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts and channel partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, presales, product management, partner management, and customer success to maximize pipeline and outcomes.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales execution.
