Qualifications

• 7 years of software or technology sales leadership with quota responsibility.
• Experience leading enterprise sales teams selling complex SaaS, tax technology, ERP-adjacent, fintech, or compliance solutions.
• Experience managing large, strategic opportunities with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that grow revenue.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operating discipline.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on indirect tax technology solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts and strategic channel partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders, alliance partners, system integrators, and ERP influencers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Presales, Product Management, Partner Management and Customer Success to maximize pipeline.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales execution.
• Identify market opportunities in indirect tax automation, VAT, e-invoicing, and digital tax transformation.
