Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Hematology Regional Marketing (RMK) to lead regional brand strategy, engage Thought Leaders, and support national and regional education programs. You will collaborate with field-based teams and home office marketing to drive compliant promotional activities across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the following: product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
• Bachelor's degree required or higher.
• Marketing, Sales Management, and/or launch experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with thought leader engagement, advisory boards and speaker’s bureau strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support brand strategy development and cross-functional execution.
• Engage with regional TLs, advisory boards and congress activities.
• Identify and develop HCP speakers for compliant promotional education.
• Ensure compliant execution of branded and unbranded speaker programs.
