Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Regional Marketing - South Central to lead hematology marketing initiatives in a remote, US-based role. The position focuses on regional strategy, KOL engagement, and cross‑functional alignment to support launches and growth in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical sector.

The candidate should have extensive oncology marketing experience, strong strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship-building skills to influence internal teams and external experts

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or related experience.
• 3+ years in Hematology Oncology sales/marketing preferred.
• Experience with US marketplace launches in biotech/pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with KOLs and internal teams.
• Skilled in influencing cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with data synthesis capabilities.
• Strength in communication, strategic agility, results orientation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the hematology portfolio as a regional marketer.
• Implement KOL engagement strategies for key branded assets.
• Build partnerships with KOLs and influence internal commercial strategies.
• Represent the organization at key meetings and conferences.
• Develop promotional speaker bureau strategies for oncology education.
• Execute marketing plans at scientific meetings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align commercialization strategies.
