Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Hematology Regional Marketing (RMK) in the US to lead regional strategy, engage Thought Leaders, and connect regional markets with headquarters. You’ll support Speaker training, advisory boards, and congress activities.

Requires 5+ years in hematology or specialty therapeutics, a Bachelor's degree, and proven ability to manage a large territory and collaborate across functions. Travel up to 70% and some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product marketing, field sales, or field medical (Hematology or specialty therapeutics preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing strategy for Hematology/Cell Therapy in the US.
• Support Thought Leader engagements, advisory boards, and Speaker training.
• Coordinate with Field Medical, Sales, and HQ Marketing to execute region-wide plans.
• Ensure compliant promotional activities and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel to regional sites and industry events as needed.
