Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
• Minimum 5 years in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
• Marketing, Sales management, or launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams to shape regional brand strategy.
• Support TL engagements, advisory boards, and speaker programs.
• Develop regional account plans and coach speakers for compliant education.
• Drive congress activity and in-market promotional messaging.
