Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Hematology Regional Marketing (RMK) to lead regional brand strategy, TL engagements, and speaker programs across US markets. You will liaise with Field Medical, Sales, and HQ teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and education initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in hematology, a strong track record in thought leader engagement, and ability to travel up to 70% to support regional activities and congresses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
• Bachelor’s degree; Marketing, Sales Management, and/or launch experience preferred.
• Experience with thought leader engagement, advisory boards and speaker bureau.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategy with cross-functional teams and input from insights.
• Support advisory boards and HCP consultant identification.
• Coordinate TL engagements and speaker training and programs.
• Lead participation in Congresses and industry meetings.
• Ensure compliant speaker programs and measurement of speaker performance.
