Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Hematology Regional Marketing, a senior in-market leader responsible for TL engagements, regional brand strategy, and cross-functional collaboration in the US Hematology/Cell Therapy commercial organization.

The role includes supporting advisory boards, speaker training, and regional congress activities while coordinating with Field Medical, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute compliant campaigns and drive regional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product marketing, field sales, or field medical.
• Minimum 5 years in Hematology or specialty therapeutics.
• Bachelor's degree required or higher.

Responsibilities

• Brand strategy support and input on messaging and program execution.
• Engage with HCPs and Thought Leaders; support advisory boards and speaker engagement.
• Coordinate regional meetings, conferences, and promotional speaker training.
• Ensure compliant speaker programs and post-event performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with home office and field teams on account plans and strategy.
