Ladders is seeking an Associate Director for HCM Core & Workday Security to lead strategy and governance for core HR structures and security in a large enterprise. This remote US-based role collaborates with HR, Cybersecurity, and Compliance to strengthen access controls and protect personal data.

The role requires deep HR operations expertise, enterprise security modeling, and the ability to influence executives while guiding long-range priorities for system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in HCM and/or security.
• Proven ownership of security architecture for core HCM design.
• Strong cross-functional influence and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner to deliver strategic direction for core HCM structures and hire-to-retire processes.
• Design and enforce security policies and governance models.
• Oversee configuration and governance of core HCM processes and personal data.
• Lead long-term planning and prioritization for HCM Core and security enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Cybersecurity, and Compliance to align security with policies.
• Own enterprise-wide security model design and access protocols.
• Guide and approve security changes to maintain system integrity.
