Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director for HCM Core & Workday Security to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of Workday HCM Core and Security. You will own the security model, enforce policies, and collaborate with HR, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Audit, and Legal to ensure compliant access and data protection.

• 12+ years of related experience in HR technology, HCM and/or security.
• Proven ownership of Workday security architecture and HCM foundational design.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner in delivering strategic direction for Workday HCM foundations and HR processes.
• Design and enforce Workday security policies and governance.
• Oversee configuration and governance of core HCM processes and data across Workday.
• Lead long-term planning, roadmap development, and risk mitigation for HCM Core & Security.
• Collaborate with HR, Global Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Audit and Legal/Compliance to align security with policies.
