Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Senior Workday Security Analyst to support and enhance our Workday ecosystem. This role offers remote work in the United States and focuses on HCM and Finance security, audits, and governance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on Workday Security experience, strong authentication knowledge (OAuth, SAML, SSO), and a proven ability to design scalable security architectures for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday Security experience.
• Experience with internal controls/auditors and SOX/GDPR.
• Strong knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, SSO) and security configurations.
• Experience designing and implementing security architectures for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Workday security frameworks across HR and Finance modules.
• Lead Workday security configuration and administration including domain and role-based policies.
• Manage authentication, authorization, SSO, OAuth, SAML and integrations.
• Perform security audits, access provisioning and deprovisioning, and SoD reviews.
• Monitor releases and drive security improvements and least-privilege access.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and Compliance on governance and audits.
