MSJR is seeking an Associate Director of Global Learning & Development within the Oncology Business Unit to advise senior leaders and translate business goals into effective learning strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities include partnering with HR, designing learner experiences, and delivering or guiding SMEs to ensure measurable impact on business outcomes. Remote work options available with travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience facilitating/delivering learning solutions, sales and/or oncology/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the Oncology Leaders.
• Align business leaders on implications of decisions on learning and business results.
• Develop depth of business understanding to maximize relevance and impact on outcomes.
• Determine learning strategies and plans based on identified needs and gaps.
• Measure and report impact of learning programs against set metrics.
• Ensure coherent, efficient, and strategically aligned L&D planning and implementation.
