Job summary

MSD seeks an Associate Director in Global Learning & Development to partner with Oncology Leaders, translating business goals into learning strategies and solutions. You will drive design and delivery across a network of internal and external colleagues, building sponsorship and ensuring alignment with GL&D priorities.

You will shepherd the learner experience, collaborate with HR, and measure program impact to drive sustainable business results in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Experience facilitating/delivering learning solutions and oncology/pharma context.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for Oncology Business Leaders and align learning with business strategies.
• Develop learning plans, prioritize portfolio, and ensure integration with GL&D.
• Collaborate with HR and external partners to design and deliver solutions.
• Measure impact using metrics and data insights; drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and coaching to local L&D colleagues and SMEs.
