Ladders is seeking a Manager, Business Systems and Transformation to lead improvements to the finance reporting platform. You will partner with digital and functional stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance a critical system used by a large user base.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with clear executive communication and can manage system stability, user support, and change execution in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with technical and administrative support in high-availability environments.
• Proficiency in application management, including monitoring and disk space management.
• Experience with user provisioning and access-management tools.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across digital and functional workstreams to enhance finance and reporting processes.
• Design and configure solutions for the reporting platform.
• Communicate with executives regarding system performance and updates.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.
• Manage user provisioning and role assignments within the system.
• Oversee updates/upgrades to desktop and Excel clients.
