• Prior consulting experience delivering business transformation for financial institutions.
• Deep experience in retail banking, consumer lending, or credit cards including servicing, collections, and default.
• Experience leading large transformation programs in regulated financial institutions including regulatory change, compliance, and operational improvement.
• Ability to work across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead banking transformation across consumer lending, retail banking, and payments.
• Assess current operations, design future-state operating models, and develop practical implementation roadmaps.
• Lead transformation programs, governance, and PMOs from strategy through execution.
• Support technology-enabled transformation, including vendor evaluation, implementation, and business readiness.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI specialists to incorporate AI-enabled approaches into consulting delivery.
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
