Ladders is seeking a VP Business Transformation - Finance to drive high-impact transformation efforts that support growth, strengthen operating discipline, and improve how finance-related processes scale across the business. The role will partner closely with senior leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize the most valuable initiatives and turn strategy into execution.

A strong focus will be placed on process redesign, analytical problem-solving, and change

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related field.
10+ years of experience in business transformation, with significant management experience.
Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
Experience in the financial services sector, including insurance or banking, highly preferred.
Certifications such as PMP, PgPgM, CBTP, or Six Sigma required.

Responsabilités

Lead transformation initiatives to achieve business unit growth objectives.
Partner with leaders to identify and prioritize high-value initiatives.
Design and deliver transformation programs through cross-functional coordination.
Lead process redesign efforts focusing on data-driven solutions.
Accelerate deployment of innovative solutions in collaboration with technology leaders.
Apply analytical rigor to diagnose issues and inform decision-making.
Drive cultural alignment and change management strategies.
