Silverback Strategies is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to lead strategic client partnerships and drive performance-informed decisions. You will partner with Paid Media, SEO, Measurement, and Creative teams to translate data into actionable client stories and ensure account health.

This is a remote role across the continental United States, offering a high-visibility seat at the table and opportunities to shape the agency’s growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client services or strategy, with 4+ years in a digital agency.
• Able to triangulate paid media metrics across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication to explain performance to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy and connect marketing to business goals.
• Analyze paid media performance across platforms and CRM data.
• Maintain healthy client relationships and monitor churn risk.
• Own retention and revenue growth for a client portfolio.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on 3-month rolling plans and margins.
• Identify process improvements to increase client value.
• Stay ahead of marketing changes and turn wins into case studies.
• Contribute weekly insights to the team and clients.
