Job summary

Spiro is hiring an Associate Account Director to strengthen existing client relationships and drive growth across the current portfolio. You will partner with Creative and Operations teams to deliver best-in-class service and ensure financial targets are met based on client budgets.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and travel to show sites nationwide. A remote US-based opportunity with potential for in-person show presence is available.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and at show site.
• Travel up to 35%
• Show site work at tradeshow/convention venues nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with clients to define marketing goals and objectives.
• Work with creative teams to develop solutions meeting client goals within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service and meet/exceed requirements.
• Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with financial plans.
• Coordinate with show management, vendors and partners to ensure timely milestones and compliance.
• Maintain effective client communications, timelines, and documentation.
